Responsibilities

• Strategically plan and act as primary contact for relocation services to ensure positive customer service experience.
• Oversee transactions with artisans to ensure seamless and quality service delivery.
• Initiate business development ideas that would create brand awareness and ensure monthly targets are met.
• Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations and clients.
• Manage budgets, costs, expenses and reports to ensure service delivery is cost-effective.
• Calmly and effectively communicate with current and prospective clients by providing any required information and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Responsible for all related documentation (customer data and feedback, relocation), updating files, processing and issuing invoices and resolving customer problems/complaints.
• Manage stock and inventory checks and oversee transactions with vendors to restock when necessary.
• Train, develop and supervise relocation officers and promote a culture that enhances top performance and an enabling work process.

Experience and qualifications

• Minimum educational level – Bachelor’s degree.
• Prior experience as a relocation officer or manager is a plus.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license.
• Must reside in Lekki or its environs.
• 0 – 2 years Experience.
