Remote Sales Representative – Business Funding at Anchor Blue Capital LLC

Anchor Blue Capital LLC is hiring experienced Nigeria-based sales representatives to work remotely with business owners in the United States. This independent-contractor position involves outbound business-financing sales on a commission-only basis, with working hours of Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

Responsibilities

Place at least 100 outbound calls to US business owners each day and build relationships with prospective clients.
Identify funding needs, qualify opportunities and explain business-financing products.
Manage objections, pursue follow-ups and guide suitable clients through initial applications and documentation.
Keep accurate CRM notes, call histories and follow-up records.
Coordinate with processing and management teams to progress funded deals and meet sales targets.

Essential requirements

At least one year of sales experience, preferably in telesales, US campaigns, B2B selling, financial services or outbound calling.
Excellent spoken and written English, clear telephone communication, rapport-building, persuasion and negotiation.
Confidence speaking with US business owners, handling objections and making high-volume outbound calls.
Ability to work independently under performance targets, maintain CRM records and attend remote training and reviews.
Acceptance of a US 1099 independent-contractor arrangement, commission-only pay and US Pacific Time business hours.

Home-office requirements

Reliable laptop or desktop computer, professional headset and working webcam.
Stable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, dependable electricity and backup power.

Desirable experience

Business funding, commercial lending, B2B or financial-services sales.
US call centres or sales campaigns, appointment setting, lead qualification or high-ticket sales.

Compensation

This is 100% commission-based work with no guaranteed monthly salary.
Monthly on-target earnings of US$4,000–US$6,000 are performance-based targets, not guaranteed income.
Representatives receive 30% of the company’s commission on funded deals generated through company-provided leads, or potentially 50% on eligible self-generated deals subject to policy.
Commissions are uncapped and depend on successfully funded transactions. Company leads, CRM access, onboarding and training are offered.
