Direct Sales Agent at an Undisclosed Bank via Uconnect – Nationwide
An undisclosed banking-sector client is recruiting full-time Direct Sales Agents across Nigeria through Uconnect Nigeria. The role focuses on customer acquisition, deposit and loan product sales, relationship management and meeting defined sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers for banking products and services, including deposits and loans.
- Work towards assigned sales targets and identify suitable cross-selling opportunities.
- Review market developments and competitor activity.
- Maintain customer relationships, respond to enquiries and help resolve complaints.
- Keep dependable records of sales contacts, transactions and follow-up activity.
Requirements
- HND, NCE or bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Zero to one year of sales or marketing experience; banking-sector exposure is an advantage.
- Strong communication, customer service, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a demanding sales environment and achieve targets.
Compensation and benefits
Basic salary of ₦150,000 plus commissions. Benefits include pension, HMO, branch proximity to residence, training, growth opportunities, performance incentives and access to sales tools.
