A technology-enabled visa application support company is recruiting a Sales & Acquisition Executive (Visa Services) through Biz Afric Solutions. This fully remote role is open to applicants anywhere in Nigeria.
Responsibilities
- Find prospective customers through community networks, business contacts and referral partnerships.
- Share a personalised referral link and explain the 5% service-fee discount for first-time customers using the referral code.
- Help prospects begin and complete visa-support applications, following up until genuine applications are completed and paid.
- Maintain leads and activity records in the customer management system.
- Work towards monthly acquisition targets and explain pricing and application processes accurately.
- Avoid promising or implying that a visa application will be approved.
Requirements
- Strong ability to build referral relationships, generate leads and engage prospective customers.
- Confidence following up with prospects and working independently towards monthly targets.
- Smartphone skills and familiarity with basic online lead-tracking tools.
- Organised working habits, attention to detail and clear communication.
- Prior sales, customer-acquisition, field-marketing or travel/visa-sector experience is advantageous.
