Retail Sales Executive at Friska Farm Limited – 7 Locations (Remote)
Friska Farm Limited is hiring seven full-time Retail Sales Executives for remote positions covering Benin City, Kano, Kaduna, Ibadan, Abeokuta, Ilorin and Enugu. The role involves visiting retailers and developing local sales.
Responsibilities
- Identify retail outlets in the assigned location, visit them and secure new stockists.
- Encourage retailers to place orders and settle payments promptly.
- Promote the Friska Farm brand, report sales activities and pursue territory targets.
Requirements
- OND, HND or bachelor’s degree; relevant experience may be considered.
- Experience in FMCG, retail or field sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation and knowledge of the assigned local market.
- Target-focused attitude, comfort with field visits, smartphone and basic digital skills.
Remuneration
- Monthly base pay of ₦75,000, plus ₦10,000 for airtime and data.
- ₦5,000 weekly transport allowance and performance-related incentives.
- Confirmation as full staff depends on performance results.
