Retail Supervisor at Transsion Holdings – Abuja
Transsion Holdings is hiring a full-time Retail Supervisor in Abuja to drive itel accessories sales, manage field sales representatives and expand its retail distribution network.
Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets for itel accessories across allocated retail outlets.
- Coach sales representatives, review their daily activity and take action to improve performance.
- Identify new outlets, onboard retailers and strengthen distributor and key-account relationships.
- Conduct field visits with the team and follow up on orders, stock replenishment and customer concerns.
- Monitor product displays, prices, merchandising quality and accessory visibility.
- Track retail stock, identify slow-moving lines or shortages and work with the channel team on replenishment.
- Keep reliable records of sales, inventory, market coverage, competitor activity and customer feedback.
- Use sales and market data to recommend improvements and reduce missed sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related discipline.
- Four to seven years’ experience in retail or field sales, ideally in mobile accessories or consumer electronics.
- Proven capability supervising sales representatives and managing retail accounts.
- Knowledge of merchandising, distribution, sales execution and retailer engagement.
- Strong coaching, negotiation, relationship-management and analytical skills.
- Availability for fieldwork and travel across assigned markets.
