A financial institution is recruiting Account Acquisition Sales Executives across Nigeria through Fort Knox Outsourcing to build its banking customer base and encourage active accounts.

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Account Acquisition Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and account opening for a financial institution.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing in new customers, promoting banking products, and ensuring that accounts opened remain active through regular deposits and transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective customers to open bank accounts.
• Acquire new customers and meet assigned account-opening targets.
• Complete account-opening documentation accurately.
• Promote the institution’s banking products and services.
• Encourage regular deposits and transactions into newly opened accounts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with KYC requirements and account-opening procedures.

Requirements

• BSc with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) or HND with Upper Credit.
• Must be 30 years old or younger.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Ability to meet targets and work independently.
• Previous sales, marketing, or customer acquisition experience is an advantage.

Salary and Benefits

• N215,000 net monthly.
• HMO coverage.
• Opportunity to sit for a conversion examination after 12 months, with the possibility of permanent employment upon successful completion and subject to the institution’s requirements.
