Sales and Commercial Manager – Real Estate at Undisclosed Company via Top Talents Consulting – Lagos

A real estate investment company is recruiting a Sales and Commercial Manager in VGC, Lagos, through Top Talents Consulting. The position leads property sales, business development, revenue growth and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Set commercial sales priorities and implement strategies for revenue growth.
• Identify business opportunities and convert prospects into property sales.
• Negotiate with clients and manage important commercial relationships.
• Lead, coach and monitor the sales team against performance objectives.
• Maintain CRM pipelines, revenue forecasts and sales reports.
• Study market developments and identify new commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Legal, Projects and Client Service colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business, Marketing, Estate Management, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• Five to eight years’ experience in sales or business development, preferably in real estate.
• Two to three years’ sales leadership or commercial management experience.
• Demonstrated property-sales performance, revenue achievement and client negotiations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-management and people-leadership skills.
• Experience with CRM and sales reporting tools.

Salary

₦400,000 per month, plus sales commission.
