Sales Associate via TeamAce Limited – Victoria Island

An unnamed financial-services employer is recruiting a Sales Associate in Victoria Island, Lagos State through TeamAce Limited. The position will acquire customers, mobilise deposits and support lending products for a financial-services business.

Responsibilities

• Find and onboard individuals, traders, entrepreneurs and SME customers.
• Explain and promote savings and current accounts, loans and other approved banking products.
• Work towards deposit mobilising, account activation, cross-selling and sales targets.
• Collect loan application documents and coordinate processing with the credit team.
• Follow up with customers, build referrals, monitor repayment commitments and escalate overdue issues.

Requirements

• BSc or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Three to four years of customer acquisition or sales experience in a bank, microfinance institution, fintech or related financial-services company.
• Knowledge of account opening, deposits, loans, cross-selling and portfolio growth.
• Proven lead generation, target delivery and customer relationship ability.
• Comfort with field prospecting, visits and business development.
