Supermarket Branch Manager at Valuemart Limited – Wuye, Abuja
Valuemart Limited is recruiting a full-time Supermarket Branch Manager in Wuye, Abuja, to oversee daily retail operations, lead staff and manage store performance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate branch operations, service delivery and sales performance.
- Supervise and appraise staff while maintaining workplace discipline.
- Monitor replenishment, expired stock, stock shrinkage and other inventory controls.
- Maintain customer service, merchandising, hygiene and store standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety requirements, company rules and management instructions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related discipline.
- At least two years’ supermarket management experience in a comparable role.
- Strong sales, inventory, cash-control and customer-service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with POS and stock systems.
- Leadership, accountability, organisation and integrity.
