SBP Sales Supervisor at Lucky Fibres Limited (Lush Hair) – Lagos
Lucky Fibres Limited is recruiting ten full-time SBP Sales Supervisors across Lagos territories for its Lush Hair brand. Supervisors will develop Strategic Business Partner relationships, improve partner sales and coordinate promotional activities.
Responsibilities
- Work towards monthly partner sales targets, with an intended 60% dry-hair and 40% wet-hair product mix.
- Track daily SBP sales data, opportunities to increase order values and purchase frequency, and priority product sales.
- Manage existing strategic business partners and recruit and activate new partners in target locations.
- Implement promotions, campaigns and in-store brand visibility activities.
- Help partners maintain adequate stock ahead of demand peaks and campaigns.
- Maintain up-to-date records for SBPs, including the stated Lagos SBP database.
- Monitor orders, inventory, product performance, competitor activity and campaign participation.
- Deliver weekly updates, monthly business reviews and practical performance recommendations.
