Sales & E-commerce Business Executive at CAVAYO Nigeria Limited – Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos

CAVAYO Nigeria Limited is recruiting a full-time Sales & E-commerce Business Executive in Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos. The role involves managing day-to-day business operations, inventory, customer development and initiatives that drive sales and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies, including cold calling and upselling through online channels.
• Implement sales and marketing initiatives.
• Optimise product listings, descriptions and pricing on e-commerce platforms to support conversions.
• Conduct strategic visits to existing and prospective clients and build long-term brand advocacy.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and email marketing automation to achieving monthly sales targets.
• Build and nurture customer relationships across digital touchpoints.
• Source and develop new accounts and business opportunities.
• Manage inventory across online channels and warehouse stores to maintain stock levels and prevent stock-outs.
• Track outstanding payments and follow up on negotiated transactions.
• Manage budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory status and key business metrics.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Sales/E-commerce or a related field.
• Two to four years of experience in sales, business development, the renewable energy sector or a related role.
• Proven experience selling products or services and achieving sales targets.
• Good knowledge of digital sales and customer-acquisition strategies.
• Ability to convert leads into paying customers.
• Experience handling customer enquiries, complaints, orders, payments and follow-ups.
• Ability to monitor sales performance and prepare basic sales reports.
