Sales & E-commerce Business Executive via CAVAYO Nigeria Limited – Ikeja, Lagos
An employer in the electrical products and sales sector is recruiting a Sales and E-commerce Business Executive in Ikeja, Lagos, through CAVAYO Nigeria Limited. The role covers online sales, customer development, stock control and business operations.
Sales and customer growth
- Develop sales strategies using prospecting, cold calls, online channels, upselling and marketing initiatives.
- Manage leads and customer relationships through the complete sales cycle, including email marketing and payment follow-up.
- Visit existing and prospective clients, secure new accounts and work towards monthly revenue targets.
- Improve e-commerce product listings, descriptions and pricing to support customer conversion.
- Respond to enquiries, orders and complaints and maintain relationships across digital channels.
Operations and reporting
- Control stock across online platforms, stores and the warehouse, reducing stock-outs.
- Track outstanding payments, monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare reports on sales, inventory and operational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Sales/E-commerce or a related field.
- Two to four years’ experience in sales, business development, renewable energy or a related role.
- Demonstrated sales results and knowledge of customer acquisition and digital marketing.
- Ability to manage sales enquiries, payments, follow-up and performance reporting.
