An undisclosed company recruiting through Elite Talent Placements is seeking a Sales Executive in Lagos. Manage sales targets, acquire and retain customers, conduct product presentations and coordinate order fulfilment in Lagos.

Job Summary

• The Sales Representative will drive sales growth within the assigned territory by acquiring new customers, maintaining existing accounts, achieving sales targets, and identifying opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and sales negotiations.
• Monitor customer orders and resolve sales-related issues.
• Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
• Follow up on customer payments and support timely collections.
• Collaborate with Production, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure efficient order fulfilment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Sales target and revenue achievement.
• New customer acquisition.
• Customer retention and revenue growth.
• Collection efficiency.
• Timely and accurate sales reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with 2 – 5 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage customer relationships.

Salary

N300,000 – N800,000 monthly.
