Telesales Representative at Inventory Solutions Plus – Remote

Inventory Solutions Plus is recruiting a remote, part-time Telesales Representative to contact hospital professionals responsible for instrumentation, supplies and equipment. The working schedule is 15–20 hours each week, with no evening or weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using an established script to hospital department managers, supervisors and directors.
• Speak professionally with decision-makers, collect accurate contact details and record outcomes.
• Maintain clear CRM notes, organised records and effective telephone etiquette.

Requirements

• Outbound calling or telesales experience is preferred; sales or customer service experience is helpful.
• Strong spoken and written English, listening skills and comfort with computer-based record entry.
• Windows computer, preferably Windows 10 or newer, with at least 8 GB RAM (12 GB recommended).
• Reliable high-speed internet, preferably a wired connection, sufficient software storage and ability to install required tools.

Hours and compensation

• 15–20 hours weekly; available calling hours are Monday–Thursday, 9 a.m.–2 p.m., and Friday, 9 a.m.–12 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.
• Hourly pay of US$4 plus performance-based incentives.
