Sales Executive at Sujimoto Construction Limited – Lagos
Sujimoto Construction Limited is seeking a luxury real estate Sales Executive in Lagos to manage high-value property transactions and build relationships with individual and institutional investors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices and international investors.
- Manage property sales from prospecting and negotiation through contract signing and closing.
- Arrange private property viewings and provide tailored acquisition guidance.
- Monitor luxury property valuations, market trends and potential investment returns to inform client discussions.
- Grow a pipeline of buyers and sellers through professional networks, events and digital channels.
- Collaborate with legal, marketing, architectural and concierge colleagues on investment presentations and transaction handovers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
- At least three to five years of proven experience in luxury real estate, private wealth advisory or high-value asset sales.
- Active real estate licence or an equivalent professional credential.
- Established relationships with affluent buyers and relevant market partners.
- Strong deal negotiation, contract structuring, presentation and real estate transaction knowledge.
- Discretion, emotional intelligence, polished client engagement and excellent interpersonal skills.
