Sales Executive – Bakery Ingredients via Ascentech Services – Gombe

A bakery ingredients supplier is recruiting a full-time Sales Executive in Gombe through Ascentech Services Limited. The role focuses on bread improvers and products supplied to bakeries and food manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers among bakeries, bread producers, distributors and food processors.
• Introduce bread improvers and related ingredients and develop repeat sales.
• Visit target markets, identify customer needs and track competitor activity.
• Negotiate commercial terms and follow up orders, payments and deliveries.
• Maintain customer accounts and report progress against sales targets.

Requirements

• At least two years’ sales experience, ideally with bakery ingredients, flour milling, food additives or related products.
• Experience selling to bakeries or food manufacturers is especially useful.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to work across Gombe and neighbouring markets.
