Sales Executive (Female) at Chokmannrealty Service Limited – Gariki
Chokmannrealty Service Limited is recruiting a full-time female Sales Executive in Gariki, Abuja, to market residential and commercial properties to buyers and investors.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate sales leads using referrals, networking and direct outreach.
- Conduct property tours, explain features and payment plans, and present appropriate investment options.
- Support customers through negotiations, documentation and deal closure.
- Build relationships that encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Track Abuja property trends, competing listings and market prices.
- Submit sales forecasts and reports to management.
Requirements
- HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline.
- Two to three years’ experience selling real estate.
- Strong negotiation, communication and networking skills.
- Ability to manage sales targets under pressure and use CRM and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Abuja property markets is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and a goal-oriented approach.
