We are seeking a highly experienced and well-connected Enterprise Sales Consultant to develop high-value business opportunities for an established international provider of financial technology solutions expanding its presence in Nigeria.

This opportunity is designed for senior commercial professionals, former bankers and experienced enterprise sales leaders with established relationships across Nigerian banks, finance companies and lending institutions.

The ideal candidate will have the industry connections, commercial experience and credibility to engage senior banking executives, identify opportunities and facilitate significant institutional transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop high-value business opportunities with Nigerian banks, finance companies and other lending institutions.
• Leverage existing professional networks to engage senior decision-makers across Credit Risk, Collections, Lending, Operations and Technology.
• Introduce enterprise technology solutions focused on loan collections, recoveries and operational efficiency.
• Facilitate strategic business discussions, product demonstrations and client engagements in collaboration with international technical specialists.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified institutional opportunities.
• Support commercial discussions and the progression of opportunities towards successful transactions.
• Provide market intelligence on prospective clients, industry developments and competitive solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience in banking, enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.
• Strong existing relationships with senior decision-makers within Nigerian banks, finance companies, or lending institutions.
• Proven track record of originating, developing, or closing significant institutional business opportunities.
• Experience engaging senior executives and navigating complex commercial decision-making processes.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship management and commercial communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently and develop business opportunities through an established professional network.
• Previous experience selling banking software, financial technology solutions, core banking systems, loan management platforms, or other enterprise technology products will be a significant advantage.
• Former senior banking professionals with strong commercial networks are encouraged to apply.
