Senior HR Manager via Ascentech Services – Ibadan, Oyo

Ascentech Services Limited is recruiting a full-time Senior HR Manager in Ibadan, Oyo State. The role leads human resources strategy, workforce management and employee relations, with experience in manufacturing, FMCG or agro-processing particularly desirable.

Human resources leadership

• Develop HR policies and plans aligned with organisational goals and operational needs.
• Lead HR personnel and manage recruitment, onboarding, succession planning and employee development.
• Oversee employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances and workplace conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour requirements and relevant pension, PAYE, NSITF, ITF and NHF obligations.
• Manage staff appraisals, training programmes, engagement, retention and compensation administration.
• Maintain confidential employee records, payroll inputs, leave data, HRIS and management metrics.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
• CIPM, CIPD or comparable recognised HR certification is required.
• Eight to ten years of progressive HR experience, including at least five years in managerial or senior leadership roles.
• Experience leading HR teams, managing a diverse workforce and handling employment compliance.
• Manufacturing, FMCG, agricultural or food-processing experience is highly desirable.
• Advanced communication, integrity, negotiation, Excel and HR information systems skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Ibadan.

Remuneration

• ₦700,000–₦1,000,000 monthly, negotiable.
