Senior Product Manager at ATAfrica – Nigeria (Hybrid)
ATAfrica is recruiting for a hybrid product-management leadership position in Nigeria, responsible for product strategy, delivery and commercial performance.
Product leadership
- Define and execute the product roadmap, including priorities, new features, timelines and budgets.
- Research customers, competitors and market developments to guide product decisions.
- Coordinate engineering, design, sales and marketing colleagues to deliver products against technical and commercial requirements.
- Develop pricing and product positioning strategies.
- Analyse product performance indicators and use results to refine product priorities.
- Collaborate on market-entry strategies, product launches and communications with senior leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
- At least three years of product-management experience and evidence of successfully delivering products.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead projects and collaborate across departments.
