AI Trainer (LLM & Generative AI Specialist) at Odixcity Consulting – Remote

Odixcity Consulting is recruiting a remote AI Trainer specialising in large language models and generative AI to develop, assess and improve model-training workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage supervised fine-tuning, RLHF and red-team exercises across the model lifecycle.
• Build sophisticated prompts and evaluation scenarios covering code, creative writing, reasoning and multilingual outputs.
• Establish quality rubrics, investigate bias, hallucinations and reasoning failures, and develop reference-quality datasets.
• Review and guide junior AI trainers and annotators across the international team.
• Document training methods and model improvements for product, research and engineering colleagues.
• Translate machine-learning research goals into practical annotation work, improve training tools and design synthetic datasets for specialist use cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or another relevant discipline and at least four years’ relevant experience.
• Strong analytical reasoning, pattern recognition and ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
• Comfort with technical papers, model behaviour and developments in AI safety research.
• Ability to use analysis and metrics to evaluate training decisions and model improvements.
• Familiarity with Python, JSON or APIs is an advantage; willingness to learn internal tools and machine-learning concepts is required.
• Ability to manage concurrent projects and move between technical and creative evaluation tasks as priorities change.

Salary

₦400,000 per month.
