ATAfrica is recruiting a Digital Product Owner in Nigeria (Hybrid). The position has a hybrid work arrangement.

Summary

As a Digital Product Owner at ATAfrica, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the development and success of our digital products.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, prioritize features, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Your contributions will directly impact the user experience and overall success of our products.

You will have the following responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate product vision and goals.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
• Prioritize features and user stories based on customer feedback and market research.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of product increments.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to refine product features.
• Analyze data and metrics to track product performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation.

Must have the following

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a tech startup or digital product development environment.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Passion for technology and a keen interest in staying ahead of industry trends.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
