INTRODUCTION:-
Short Let Manager job opportunity is available at Arkounting Professional Services Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- Bachelor’s degree or HND with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the admin/hospitality sector or related discipline.
- Age: 28years – 35 years
- Interpersonal communication skills & conflict resolution through interaction with a diverse resident.
- Critical thinking skills through responding to resident needs and concerns by applying training and experience in the performance of job duties.
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Stronger sense of detail and procedural follow-through with improved knowledge of administrative processes and development of time management skills.
- A high degree of numeracy, accuracy and thoroughness is essential.
- Experience in Driving is an added advantage.
