SportsWorld, operated by Fitness and Sports Solutions Limited, is recruiting a full-time Social Media Content Creator / Digital Marketer in Lagos to manage campaigns, video content and social-media sales engagement.

Summary

• We are seeking a creative, energetic and results-driven Social Media Content Creator / Digital Marketer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media marketing, an eye for engaging visual content and the ability to translate online engagement into brand awareness, customer enquiries and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging photo, video and promotional content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other digital platforms.
• Shoot, edit and produce high-quality Reels, product demonstrations and promotional videos.
• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement and sales.
• Manage social media accounts, content calendars and posting schedules.
• Write compelling captions, product descriptions and promotional content.
• Plan, execute and monitor paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
• Identify emerging social media trends and develop creative content ideas relevant to the fitness and sporting goods industry.
• Monitor social media performance, analyse engagement and track campaign results.
• Collaborate with the sales and management teams to promote products, special offers and new arrivals.
• Support website promotions, online sales initiatives and other digital marketing activities.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of a B.Sc. or HND from a recognised institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in social media content creation, digital marketing or a related role.
• Strong photography, videography and video editing skills.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, InShot or similar editing and design applications.
• Experience managing Instagram, TikTok and Facebook business accounts.
• Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid social media advertising.
• Strong copywriting, communication and organisational skills.
• Creative, proactive, organised and able to work independently.
• Ability to interpret social media analytics and measure campaign performance.
• Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, fitness or sporting goods marketing is an added advantage.
