Strategy and Operational Transformation Consultant at Bridgemead Limited – Lagos
Bridgemead Limited is recruiting a Strategy and Operational Transformation Consultant in Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Lead consulting programmes from diagnosis through strategy design, execution and change management.
- Work with business leaders to develop operating models, governance processes, implementation roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
- Manage client relationships, proposals, solution design and business development.
- Mentor consultants, oversee project quality, allocate resources and develop consulting methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Management, Social Sciences or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Four to five years’ progressive experience, including practical leadership in advisory or consulting.
- Experience implementing organisational strategy and transformation while managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, project delivery, analytical and communication skills.
Salary
₦600,000 monthly.
