Technical Assistant – Commercial, Technical & Operations Development via Elevare – Lagos

A building materials and coatings employer is recruiting a Lagos-based Technical Assistant through Elevare Human Solutions Ltd. The full-time role supports technical, commercial and operational activities, including travel within Nigeria.

Responsibilities

• Support technical discussions about admixtures, waterproofing, repair systems and coatings.
• Assist with product demonstrations, site visits, customer trials and complaint follow-up.
• Prepare customer research, proposals, presentations and opportunity tracking.
• Analyse customer demand, product availability, delivery performance and project margins.
• Coordinate work across sales, operations, procurement, technical service, finance and logistics.
• Prepare progress updates, risk logs and improvement proposals while complying with HSE and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Building Technology, Business or related field.
• Typically three to seven years’ experience; strong candidates outside this range may be considered.
• Familiarity with construction chemicals, waterproofing, repair products or coatings is desirable.
• Strong analytical judgement, customer communication and leadership potential.
• Good Excel, PowerPoint and reporting skills and willingness to travel within Nigeria.
