Head, Operations, People & Culture via Earl Consulting Lagos – Victoria Island / Lekki

An unnamed employer is recruiting a Head, Operations, People & Culture in Victoria Island / Lekki, Lagos State through Earl Consulting Lagos. The role will lead business operations and people strategy across a real estate development and property-management business.

Key responsibilities

• Simplify workflows among sales, architecture, construction projects, property management and finance.
• Develop operational KPIs, governance structures and stronger project turnaround processes.
• Oversee administration, procurement, vendors, facilities and compliance with relevant Lagos property and labour requirements.
• Lead recruitment, staff onboarding, training and professional development.
• Build staff compensation, incentives and appraisal frameworks suited to the business.
• Strengthen workplace culture, engagement and retention, manage conflict and connect leadership goals to team plans.

Qualifications and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Real Estate Management, Law or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
• Seven to ten or more years in operations and people management, including three to five years in senior real-estate, construction or property leadership.
• HR qualifications such as CIPM, SHRM or CIPD are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of organisational design, risk management, contracts, labour compliance and vendor oversight.
• Leadership, dispute resolution, communication and proficiency in ERP, HRIS and CRM tools.
