Unit Sales Manager at Sanlam Allianz Nigeria – Lagos
Sanlam Allianz Nigeria is recruiting a Unit Sales Manager in Lagos to build and lead a life-insurance sales team, including recruiting and supervising 10–15 marketers.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND qualification.
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Team Leader/Manager in a Life Insurance Company.
- Must have the capacity to recruit and manage a minimum of 10–15 Marketers.
- Strong leadership, recruitment and sales management skills.
Benefits
- N200,000 monthly salary.
- Monthly Overriding Commission (ORC).
- Health Maintenance Organisation (HMO).
