Account Officer at Banodex Group Limited – Ogba/Ikeja
Banodex Group Limited is recruiting a full-time Account Officer in the Ogba/Ikeja area of Lagos to manage accounting records, reporting, reconciliations, payments, taxation and payroll.
Responsibilities
- Keep complete financial records and post accounting entries for company transactions.
- Support budgeting, forecasts, expense control and collection of outstanding debts.
- Check purchase orders, supplier invoices, customer receipts and payments with the relevant teams.
- Process bank and vendor payments, petty cash, staff reimbursements and expense claims.
- Prepare taxes, statutory deductions, balance sheets and profit-and-loss statements.
- Monitor liquidity, report financial performance and assist with audit documentation.
- Use QuickBooks, Excel and other accounting tools; prepare monthly staff payroll.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting or Finance.
- Four to six years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax compliance and reconciliation skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word and accounting software, supported by good analysis, communication and integrity.
Salary
₦170,000–₦200,000 per month.
