Relationship Officer at First Ally Capital Limited – Lagos
First Ally Capital Limited is recruiting an on-site Relationship Officer in Lagos to acquire customers, mobilise deposits and support business growth through effective sales and customer relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads through referrals, networking and market activations, then convert prospects into customers.
- Mobilise deposits, meet business development targets and promote financial products and digital banking services.
- Open and onboard accounts in compliance with KYC and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain retail and SME relationships, cross-sell services and monitor account satisfaction.
- Resolve complaints, share market intelligence and uphold internal and regulatory standards.
Requirements and qualifications
- BSc or HND in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
- At least three years in banking, microfinance, sales or relationship management.
- Demonstrable deposit mobilisation and business development ability.
- Strong negotiation, customer relationship, communication and presentation skills, with Microsoft Office proficiency.
