Account Officer (2 Openings) at Amo Farm Sieberer Hatchery Limited – Lekki & Agege
Amo Farm Sieberer Hatchery Limited is hiring two full-time Account Officers for locations in Lekki and Agege, Lagos. The roles support accurate accounting records, transaction processing and financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records, invoices, vouchers and payment documentation.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable and perform timely reconciliations.
- Reconcile banks, cash transactions and general ledger accounts.
- Assist with monthly financial reports and supporting schedules.
- Monitor expenditure and adherence to financial policies.
- Support budgeting, audit work and statutory documentation.
- Maintain orderly and secure financial records.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Two to three years of relevant accounting experience; manufacturing or FMCG experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting and reconciliations.
- Competence in Excel and accounting software.
- Numerical, analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- Integrity, accuracy and strong attention to detail.
