Hilton is recruiting an Assistant Chief Engineer in Lagos to help lead property maintenance, building systems, contractor coordination and hotel engineering performance.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Chief Engineer in prioritising daily maintenance requests, supervising repairs and resolving urgent building or guest issues.
- Recruit, train, supervise and develop engineering team members, including performance assessments and coaching.
- Oversee upkeep of electrical, mechanical, HVAC and life-safety systems and support statutory inspections.
- Track engineering KPIs, maintenance quality, audit results and team productivity.
- Coordinate emergency, evacuation and duty-management procedures with hotel leadership.
- Supervise external contractors, inspect completed work and support energy conservation initiatives.
