Business Development Manager at Bridgemead Limited – Victoria Island
Bridgemead Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager in Victoria Island, Lagos, to grow consulting and professional-services revenue, win clients and develop commercial partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute client acquisition and business development strategies.
- Identify and convert business-to-business leads, managing opportunities through to signed agreements.
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers and develop existing client accounts.
- Conduct discovery meetings, prepare proposals and deliver commercial presentations.
- Explore strategic partnerships, new markets and additional service opportunities.
- Manage CRM activity, the sales pipeline, forecasts, account retention and reporting.
- Represent the business at networking and industry events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, Human Resources or a related discipline.
- At least five years’ relevant experience in business development, sales or client relationship management.
- Experience in a business consulting or accounting firm is mandatory.
- Demonstrated B2B client acquisition and revenue-generation results.
- Strong negotiation, consultative sales, presentation, relationship management and CRM skills.
Salary
₦600,000 per month plus benefits.
