Business Development Officer at Sunik Group Nigeria – Uyo
Sunik Group Nigeria is recruiting a full-time Business Development Officer in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, to grow client relationships, secure new business and support property-related revenue.
Responsibilities
- Attract additional property-management business while maintaining positive relationships with owners.
- Collect rent and submit timely income reports to property owners.
- Identify and win new customers, commercial partners and investors.
- Build sales leads, negotiate opportunities and close business deals.
- Prepare monthly sales and income performance reports.
Requirements
- Degree in Business or Marketing.
- Two to five years’ experience in sales and marketing.
- Track record of meeting business or sales targets.
- Strong client communication and negotiation skills.
Salary
₦100,000 per month.
