Agency Manager at Brit Properties Nigeria Limited – Uyo
Brit Properties Nigeria Limited is recruiting an Agency Manager in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, to lead real estate sales teams, strengthen brand visibility and achieve monthly agency targets.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, train, retain and supervise at least four competent unit managers.
- Recruit, develop and manage a team of at least 20 sales executives.
- Plan and carry out sales initiatives, campaigns and activities that build brand visibility and drive agency performance.
- Guide the team to meet or exceed its monthly sales targets.
- Generate strong individual sales results and monitor sales-team performance.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Three to five years of relevant work experience.
