Property Manager at Sunik Group Nigeria – Uyo
Sunik Group Nigeria is recruiting a full-time Property Manager in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, to grow its property portfolio and manage owner relationships, rental income and sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Secure additional properties for management and maintain positive relationships with property owners.
- Collect rental payments promptly and provide timely income reports to owners.
- Build relationships with new clients, business partners and investors.
- Generate sales leads, negotiate opportunities and close deals.
- Prepare monthly sales and revenue reports.
Requirements
- Degree in Estate Management or Business.
- Two to five years of experience in property management or real estate.
- Demonstrated record of achieving targets.
- Strong communication, client relationship and negotiation skills.
Salary
₦100,000 per month.
