Operations Analyst at Levitikal Group – Victoria Island, Lagos

Levitikal Group is recruiting a full-time Operations Analyst in Victoria Island, Lagos. The role uses data, reporting and collaboration to improve processes, costs and business performance in a real estate and construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate operational information to identify trends, recurring problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Review business systems and recommend efficient procedures that enhance productivity.
• Produce management reports with clear findings and practical recommendations.
• Coordinate with departments, including sales and engineering, to understand needs and implement improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and assess whether operational changes are delivering results.
• Identify cost-saving and revenue-improvement opportunities without lowering quality.
• Support the selection and adoption of new technology and systems.
• Stay informed about relevant industry practices and continuous-improvement approaches.
• Manage implementation projects to agreed deadlines and budgets, and support the sales team with secondary tasks.

Qualifications and skills

• BA or BSc in Business Administration, Project Management or a related subject.
• Three to five years’ relevant experience.
• Strong ability with data analysis tools, including Excel, SQL and Tableau.
• Effective written and spoken communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Attention to data accuracy, sound organisational understanding and good decision-making.
• Ability to manage time, work independently or in a team and adapt to unfamiliar technology.
