Managing Banex Mall Limited is recruiting a Cinema Sales Executive in Lekki / Oniru (Lagos State).

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Sales Executive to generate revenue by securing bookings, building client relationships and developing new business opportunities for the cinema.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Identify and engage prospective clients across corporate, entertainment, religious, educational and social sectors.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, email and telephone calls.
• Prepare sales pitches, proposals and presentations to convert prospects into paying clients.
• Negotiate and close deals in line with approved pricing and commercial guidelines.
• Meet assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Secure corporate bookings for employee hangouts, team bonding, movie nights and private screenings.
• Build relationships with HR managers, administrative teams, business owners and corporate decision-makers.
• Promote group ticket packages to companies, schools, churches, associations and social groups.

Premieres, Watch Parties & Events

• Identify and pitch Banex Cinema to film producers, production companies, distributors, actors, talent managers and event organisers.
• Secure movie premieres, exclusive screenings, watch parties and filM launches.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 2–5years of experience in sales, business development, events, hospitality or entertainment.
• Proven ability to prospect, pitch, negotiate and close deals.
• Existing connections within the corporate, film, entertainment or events industry will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, networking and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; CRM experience is an advantage.
