Continuous Improvement Manager at BIC – Sagamu

BIC is recruiting a Continuous Improvement Manager in Sagamu, Ogun State, to lead efficiency and manufacturing-excellence projects across its production operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyse manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, operational risks, waste and opportunities for automation.
• Oversee improvement projects from design to implementation and monitor milestones, costs and risks.
• Use Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, 4DX, Kaizen, 7S and value-stream mapping approaches to improve performance.
• Train teams in structured problem solving, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Monitor production-line efficiency and overall equipment effectiveness alongside maintenance and production colleagues.
• Prepare monthly performance reports, maintain improvement benchmarks and build operational capability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Mechanical, Production, Chemical, Process or Mechatronics Engineering; an MBA is an advantage.
• Eight to ten years’ experience in continuous improvement or manufacturing excellence.
• Sound knowledge of health and safety obligations and factory operating standards.
• Strong project management, team leadership and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to deliver measurable productivity, cost and process improvements.
• Integrity, strategic thinking, clear communication and a collaborative working style.
