The Label Store is recruiting a Cook in Aguda, Lagos, to prepare local and continental meals while maintaining food quality, safety and efficient kitchen operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare local and continental dishes in line with approved menus, presentation standards and serving schedules.
- Plan daily food preparation, check ingredient freshness and suggest suitable menu options.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, food hygiene, safe storage and proper handling of ingredients.
- Monitor food supplies, report low stock and reduce waste through careful portion control.
- Keep kitchen equipment and utensils in good condition.
- Coordinate with kitchen colleagues, follow company procedures and carry out other assigned kitchen duties.
