An undisclosed restaurant employer is recruiting a full-time Shift Manager in Lagos through Fadac Resources and Services. The position supervises service delivery and staff activities during assigned operating shifts.
Responsibilities
- Oversee restaurant activities and service operations throughout assigned shifts.
- Guide and supervise staff to maintain efficient service.
- Track employees’ performance, attendance and shift activity.
- Maintain compliance with established restaurant operating procedures.
- Respond to customer concerns and help colleagues resolve service issues.
Salary
₦137,000 per month.
