Peridot Digital & Creative Agency is recruiting a Creative Director & Campaign Lead for a hybrid, full-time position in Lagos, overseeing creative campaigns and engaging digital content. The stated salary is ₦350,000 net per month.
Key responsibilities
- Set creative direction and lead campaign delivery.
- Develop briefs, schedule deliverables and maintain brand consistency.
- Coordinate freelance creatives and multi-channel marketing activities.
- Capture and edit photographs and videos for campaign use.
- Evaluate click-through rates, return on ad spend and engagement to improve results.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Four to five years of campaign experience.
- Strong creative judgement and practical content-editing skills.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Experience leading creative teams and working with campaign performance data.
