Credit Collection Officer at Co-Matrix Collection Service Limited – Ijaiye, Lagos
Co-Matrix Collection Service Limited is recruiting a full-time Credit Collection Officer at Jankara, Ijaiye, Lagos State. The role focuses on contacting borrowers, negotiating repayment arrangements and keeping accurate records of debt-recovery activities.
Responsibilities
- Contact customers regarding outstanding loans and follow up on overdue repayments.
- Discuss repayment options and negotiate feasible payment plans with customers.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of customer contact and all collection activities.
Requirements
- OND, NCE, HND or a bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience in loan recovery is an advantage.
- Ownership of an Android phone.
- Good communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
Remuneration
The salary ranges from ₦60,000 to ₦200,000 per month.
