Customer Care Executive at Ruth and Roots – Ilupeju, Lagos
Ruth and Roots is hiring a full-time Customer Care Executive in Ilupeju, Lagos, to support clients, respond to enquiries, coordinate purchases and help maintain customer satisfaction across physical and online channels.
Customer service responsibilities
- Assist prospective and existing customers with enquiries, accurate product information and service options.
- Respond to customer issues empathetically and resolve complaints or escalate concerns appropriately.
- Follow up with customers by phone, email and social media regarding purchases and service satisfaction.
- Promote relevant products and services, including appropriate cross-selling and upselling.
- Maintain interaction records, verify payments, process customer orders and work with colleagues to resolve problems.
Skills and eligibility
- One to five years of relevant experience.
- Reside in Lagos, preferably in or near Ilupeju.
- Excellent communication, customer-service, problem-solving, persuasion and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort using social media, Microsoft Office and CRM applications; medical or healthcare exposure is advantageous.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- No specific academic qualification is required; training is provided.
