Supervisor at an Undisclosed Company via C-Restructure Consulting – Ikeja GRA, Lagos
An undisclosed retail employer is hiring a full-time Supervisor in Ikeja GRA, Lagos, through C-Restructure Consulting. The position oversees storefront operations, inventory, staff and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily shop activities, stock records and employee performance.
- Supervise customer service standards, store presentation and operating processes.
- Coordinate inventory, procurement and supplier relationships.
- Resolve customer enquiries and escalations and support creative workshops and in-store events.
- Track sales, reconcile accounts and support achievement of monthly targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, HND or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Fine Arts, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Two to three years’ experience supervising retail operations or leading a team.
- Interest in arts, crafts, DIY supplies and creative products.
- Experience with inventory, POS systems and basic bookkeeping.
- Effective communication, organisation, problem-solving, leadership and team management.
- Proximity to Leventis, Maryland, Ojota, Cement, Ikeja Along or Oregun is highly preferred.
Working hours
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm.
