Customer Care / Sales Representative Officer at Detopsy – Abuja (Hybrid)
Detopsy Engineering Limited is recruiting a full-time Customer Care / Sales Representative Officer for a hybrid role at its Abuja operation. The position combines technical customer support with client acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries through telephone, email and WhatsApp.
- Explain engineering services and technical products, and convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain client accounts, follow up requests and record interactions.
- Help customers choose suitable engineering products and infrastructure solutions.
- Identify new commercial opportunities and review local market activity.
Requirements
- At least a BSc or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
- Two to three years in customer service and sales or telemarketing, ideally in engineering or construction.
- Evidence of achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships.
- Strong communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM and productivity software.
- Knowledge of Abuja’s corporate and industrial market is advantageous.
