MK Trend Limited is recruiting a full-time Customer Support Representative for financial recovery at Allen Avenue, Ikeja, to follow up on outstanding loans and manage customer interactions.

Job Summary

• We are urgently seeking motivated and dynamic individuals for the role of Customer Support Representative / Loan Collection Officer to join our team at our Allen Avenue, Ikeja office.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Make outbound calls and follow up on outstanding loans.
• Keep accurate records of interactions and payments.
• Build and maintain healthy customer relationships.
• Achieve set targets and contribute to team goals.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in loan collection (or related field).
• SSCE holders are highly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to handle pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) is a plus.
• Applicant must have an Android phone or an iPhone.
