Customer Engagement Officer / Sales Representative at HRHub.ng Limited – Rivers State
HRHub.ng Limited is recruiting a full-time Customer Engagement Officer / Sales Representative in Rivers State to strengthen customer relationships, promote products and support sales activity.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers professionally, respond to enquiries and provide a high standard of service.
- Promote products, contribute to sales and follow up prospective and existing customers.
- Build strong customer relationships and support repeat business.
- Support day-to-day commercial and customer engagement tasks.
- Assist with team coordination and leadership responsibilities as required.
- Represent the organisation and its products professionally.
Requirements and eligibility
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with a good academic record.
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
- Previous relevant experience is an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer-service and sales capabilities.
- Confidence, initiative and the ability to collaborate with and guide colleagues.
- Male applicants who currently live in Port Harcourt, preferably within or close to GRA, are required.
