Technical Sales Representative (Agronomist) at Seedforth Agro – Delta and Rivers states
Seedforth Agro is recruiting two full-time Technical Sales Representatives (Agronomists) for Delta and Rivers states to market vegetable seed products and provide practical crop guidance to growers.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales plans for vegetable varieties including tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers.
- Advise farmers on agronomic practices during their cropping cycles.
- Build relationships with producers, distributors and agricultural stakeholders.
- Conduct field demonstrations and trials.
- Monitor competitors and market trends and meet territory sales goals.
Requirements
- Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy or a related discipline.
- Willingness to develop technical skills and travel within the assigned area.
- Strong communication and grower relationship skills.
- Knowledge of vegetable crop production is advantageous.
